My taste buds were processing “What IS this??!!” The flavor, the texture…it was like no other rum cake I’d ever tried before. This little piece of TROPICAL HEAVEN was beyond delicious!! So…I went back for a second slice. And then I set aside a third to enjoy with my breakfast coffee before it was all gone!
After a long day of cooking, I can honestly say the Sailor’s Rum Cake was my most favorite part of Thanksgiving dinner this year. The moist texture, smooth coconut flavor and caramelized cherry top are all a combination of perfection. It truly is a flavorful experience you’ll appreciate with each bite!
